Rotating Screens are  developed for removing of stripeded solids. Higher flow capacities can be used due to continuous and self-cleaning effect of the Rotating Screens. Rotating Screens is with low operational costs.

stainless steel wedge wire screens in the manufacturing process ensures non-clogging opening, accurate full length slots, and a high degree of open area.

The rotating screen drum is designed to meet the requirements of each application giving the optimum open area.

Rotating screen is supported on a fabricated mild steel coated frame
Alternatively, the support frame can be provided in a galvanized mild steel or stainless steel.
All parts in contact with sugar juice are designed using stainless steel
The rotating screen is offered in variety of sizes and apertures to cater to the need of different applications
As most screen sizes utilize taper roller bearings in the design, therefore, the drive power requirements are minimal
The positive drive, which uses roller chain, avoids slip which can occur with other friction drives.
External sprays bars of Rotating Screen help in preventing build-up of harmful bacteria and maintaining operating efficiency
To facilitate transportation and on-site installation, rotating screen is supplied fully assembled on the support frame

A Cartridge for a filter system consists of a slot tube,cylinder or continuous cylinder. Guangxing offers these in various sizes, with FOTI or FITO filtration direction.One or more of these Filter Cartridges are installed inside a filter system. Once the pressure over the Cartridges reaches a certain level, an automatic backflush is performed using a foreign fluid, cleaned fluid or compressed air.
