Scale traps baskets are widely used in process fluid, often contains scale or other impurities which can plug the top surface of the media bed.  By using scale traps baskets, contaminants can be spread over a wider area thus increasing the life-time of media bed.  scale traps baskets have exceptional strength they can be cleaned by blasting or wire brushing.

A series of cylindrical wedge wire screens,scale traps baskets arrayed at the top of the upper catalyst bed either to collect metallic contaminates or scales from plugins the top surface of the upper catalyst bed or to increase the total surface area of the upper catalyst bed to extend the bed’s useful life.

The material of scale traps baskets is usually be SS304, SS316L, SS321 etc.

Rotary Vacuum Cane Mud Filter
Rotary Vacuum Cane Mud Filters are used in various material and drum constructions. These most advanced filtration systems are mainly utilized in sugar industry. As per the construction material of the drum, each filter is provided with stainless steel screens. In order to maintain a complete vacuum seal, the drum is separated by divisional as well as caulking strips.

Rotary Vacuum Cane Mud Filters is divided into number of sections
Through a specially designed automatic rotary valve-aunique feature of filters, each section of the drum is provided with vacuum
To create a higher vacuum, this valve can be adjusted in the washing zone; this results in a drier cake discharge
The filter drum rotates in the slurry bath of the filter tank
To form a continuous cake on the screen surface, the filtrate is withdrawn through the screen. This ensures uniform thickness of the cake
To increase sugar level, the filter cake on the screen is washed with hot water through drip pipes. After this, the cake is discharged by a floating scraper
For flexibility in the operation, the filter is equipped with a variable speed drive
The filter can easily handle slurries of varying and fluctuating characteristics

Rotating Screens are  developed for removing of stripeded solids. Higher flow capacities can be used due to continuous and self-cleaning effect of the Rotating Screens. Rotating Screens is with low operational costs.

stainless steel wedge wire screens in the manufacturing process ensures non-clogging opening, accurate full length slots, and a high degree of open area.

The rotating screen drum is designed to meet the requirements of each application giving the optimum open area.

Rotating screen is supported on a fabricated mild steel coated frame
Alternatively, the support frame can be provided in a galvanized mild steel or stainless steel.
All parts in contact with sugar juice are designed using stainless steel
The rotating screen is offered in variety of sizes and apertures to cater to the need of different applications
As most screen sizes utilize taper roller bearings in the design, therefore, the drive power requirements are minimal
The positive drive, which uses roller chain, avoids slip which can occur with other friction drives.
External sprays bars of Rotating Screen help in preventing build-up of harmful bacteria and maintaining operating efficiency
To facilitate transportation and on-site installation, rotating screen is supplied fully assembled on the support frame
