Scale traps baskets

Scale traps baskets are widely used in process fluid, often contains scale or other impurities which can plug the top surface of the media bed.  By using scale traps baskets, contaminants can be spread over a wider area thus increasing the life-time of media bed.  scale traps baskets have exceptional strength they can be cleaned by blasting or wire brushing.

A series of cylindrical wedge wire screens,scale traps baskets arrayed at the top of the upper catalyst bed either to collect metallic contaminates or scales from plugins the top surface of the upper catalyst bed or to increase the total surface area of the upper catalyst bed to extend the bed’s useful life.

The material of scale traps baskets is usually be SS304, SS316L, SS321 etc.
